kit is a Microsoft Outlook plugin, to be installed on user's computers within the organization.

The plugin stores information in the cloud on servers under control of TechMuscle. If cloud solutions are frowned upon within your organization, a non-cloud server solution can be set up behind your organization's firewalls.

kit utilizes Microsoft ClickOnce technology for the installation process. For larger, enterprise-level installations, ClickOnce can be removed and the application packaged as an MSI. The internal IT team will then be responsible for product updates throughout the organization as they are released.

Prerequisites:

1. At least Windows Vista
2. At least Outlook 2010
3. Internet Explorer 8 or higher
4. Microsoft .net Framework 4
5. Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime
6. Windows Installer 4.5

Items 4-6 are automatically detected and installed by the ClickOnce installer if they are missing on the machine.

Other Details:

• The program is a VSTO plugin that runs as an add-in inside Outlook 2010 - 2016.
• It communicates to a server through an HTTPS connection to send and receive information on emails and users.
  Note: only the text within each selected request or promise is sent to the server, along with meta information such as who the tag and email are for. The entire email is not sent.
